Don’t miss the 7^th Annual Salt Lake County Watershed Symposium going on this week!

Salt Lake County is putting on their annual watershed symposium. The theme for this year is, “Bridging the Divide: Collaboration Across Watershed Boundaries.” The symposium is running from the 23^rd through the 25^th.  There are a variety of great presentations this year ranging from projects on the Jordan River to Bioengineering.  And, don’t forget the field trip on Friday to Red Butte Creek and the Tracy Aviary! There are plenty more incentives besides great educational presentations.  Lunch will be provided at the Symposium and The Red Desert Trio will be playing live bluegrass music!  Haven't registered yet?  Don’t worry, walk-ins are welcome!

Check out the Watershed Symposium Oct 23 – 25^th from 8:30 – 3:30 at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center in West Valley.  And, of course, keep your eyes peeled for Women of Water!
