Speaker: Rachel Anderson, Fabian VanCott
Rachel Anderson is an attorney practicing at the law firm of Fabian VanCott, in Salt Lake City. Her practice focuses on Utah local government law, where she serves as general counsel to local districts and special service districts across the state of Utah. These districts provide services such as fire and emergency medical services, waste and recycling, water and sewer, parks and recreation, mosquito abatement, and more. In this role, she is able to provide legal services related to areas such as government operation, employment law, real estate, contracts, legislation, and water law. Rachel also serves private clients in areas of real estate and water law.
