Siobhan Locke, has been working in conflict resolution for over 15 years. As an experienced mediator in her previous career, she specializes in understanding stakeholder concerns and working through tough issues. Siobhan takes great pride in her work and is known for fostering excellent team communication, bringing new and innovative ideas into communities and for keeping the right people in the involved in issues to ensure progress, productivity and project success.
Siobhan has mediated hundreds of cases and managed public engagement efforts for well over 200 projects in her years as a consultant. She has managed PI for a diverse array projects - from the high profile construction of alternative delivery projects like UDOT I-15 Southbound, to water and local government projects.
